The sales manager communicates with the client, clarifies their needs, offers options that are suitable for their business, answers questions and gives an approximate estimate of our work for the client

The data is transferred to the analyst, who gives his report on the client's business, its current advantages and disadvantages. The analyst can also determine the vector of development of the client's company, make a list of services that are more suitable for him in this situation.

The project manager receives a notification about the date and time of the conference with the client. After that, he or she gets acquainted with the data from the salesperson and analyst, which should be ready and added to the CRM system by the time the meeting starts. During the conference, the client is offered a business development option that suits him or her, based on an analysis of his or her industry and company.

The project manager creates a task in the task manager, divides it into sprints (stages of work), assigns employees to perform the work, sets deadlines for each stage, and controls the process and quality of work.

If the work involves the development of a website or other software products, a tester (also known as QA) tests the functionality and visual part of the project.

After the project is completed in full, the PM schedules a conference with the client, presents the work to them, and gives recommendations for further actions and services that will be needed in the future (this can be SMM, SEO, long-term advertising).
